Due to our sustainability efforts, we often carry limited inventory as a way to reduce waste. If you are interested in an item that is sold out, please sign up for the product wait list by entering your email address on the product page to be notified when an item comes back in stock.
Please note: We cannot guarantee that all items will be restocked.

At this time, we are not able to offer exchanges. We recommend requesting a store credit return for the item you'd like to return by clicking here. Once your return is processed by our warehouse, you will receive a refund in the form of store credit or your original payment method so that you may place a new order. If you need to cancel or update your order for any reason, please reach out to us as quickly as possible.
Shipping address changes and order cancellations cannot be made once the order has been processed. In the event that your order is undeliverable or returned to sender due to insufficient or inaccurate shipping information, please note that the shipping fee is non-refundable.

Please email us if you would like to cancel a pre-order item. Please note, pre-orders are eligible for a full refund upon cancellation if requested before the item is processed and shipped out.

In the event of a manufacturing/product defect, please email us a photo of the damaged product to hello@muteblu.com with your order information and we will be happy to assist you. Please note, all damaged/faulty merchandise must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order in order to qualify for a full refund. In addition, any damaged items reported outside of our 30 day return window cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

All discount codes can be redeemed at checkout. Please make sure that your code is entered correctly and applied before submitting your order. Only one discount code can be applied per order, no exceptions. If you are still having issues applying your discount code, please reach out to our customer service team with your code and we will be happy to help you troubleshoot.

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. We are working on setting up our international shipping as soon as possible so please check back again soon!

If we mark down the price of an item you've already purchased, we will gladly adjust the sale price at your request within 7 days of the date on which you placed your original order. Price adjustments are only for merchandise purchased at the full price. Each item that you purchase from Mute Blu is eligible for one price adjustment only. Please contact us by email at hello@muteblu.com in order to request a price adjustment.

All return requests must first be approved by our returns team before you can send it back to us. Any returns sent to us without prior approval are not guaranteed a refund.

If you use your own return carrier, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Mute Blu is not responsible for any lost returns when a Mute Blu label is not used. We highly recommend using our prepaid return label, however, you may email us at hello@muteblu.com if self-postage will be used so that we can provide you with a packing slip. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for information on how to request a return.

If your shipment is held up with your carrier, contact them directly as they may need specific direction on where to deliver your order. In some cases, the carrier will need to update your address which will result in an upcharge. Mute Blu is not responsible for paying this upcharge. To avoid the upcharge, ask the carrier to hold the shipment at the nearest location for you to pick up. 

Yes, our site is in USD, along with the total cost of your order.

Occasionally, some of our products will be marked as pre-orders on the site. Pre-order items are shipped when ready and will have an estimated ship date on the product description. Please note, these ship dates are estimates and may be shipped out sooner or later than expected. You will receive an email when your pre-order has been processed and shipped out. To secure your item, full payment is due at checkout. All pre-order items receive a 20% discount until the item becomes ready to ship.
